Insurance and payment options

Insurance:

We accept most insurance plans. Dr. Yost is "In-Network" with the Cigna PPO, Delta Dental Premier, and Assurant Dental Insurance Networks.  We will also accept payment from most other PPO and indemnity dental insurance plans (such as BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Metlife, etc.), although we are "Out-of-Network". If you have any questions regarding limitations of your dental insurance or how they will pay for your dental treatment at our office, please contact your dental insurance company.  Please call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions you may have.

Payment Options:                                  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards, cash and personal checks.     

For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through CareCredit which is a third party that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
